THE NEW AMERICAN TV SERIES

SHAME ON YOU AMERICA!!!

Sometimes, when a depression threatens or installs itself and I allow myself to yield it, I prostrate in front of the television set ingesting everything, or almost everything. At least, I’d prefer to be able to see these programs without questioning or noticing the inter text of what is imposed on us 24 hours a day.
I’m bewildered with the new Series on American TV, such as the CSI’s (mainly the Las Vegas one), Medium, among others. I’ll substantiate myself: If on the one hand they are extremely appealing as entertainment, I even dare to say, delicious to watch, on the other hand they are of the most reactionary and scheming, a direct consequence of a republican and moralist America which uses of all its means to manipulate the collective inconscient, invigorating a Manichaean concept of good and evil, disseminated in the West.
Furthermore than punishing the guilty ones, these episodes prime on condemning a more open-minded and permissive moral, especially when regarding sexual issues. Disguised as punishment for the evil ones, always comes a moral lesson which exceeds by far those of Aesop or La Fonatine, for these at least had a universal and human scope.
What I want to say with all this is that the assassin, pervert and delinquent characters are mere caricatures servicing a very well engendered manipulation. Ultimately, all evil lays in sex. An ETHICS concept is more and more neglected on behalf of an effective moral.
I question myself, when will the human being cease to kill its fellow creature, not by fear of being arrested, but by understanding the divine notion that nothing justifies the subtraction of another human being?
SHAME ON YOU AMERICA!
I furthermore admire and love the trash violent productions of the 60’s and 70’s, there’s nothing like good plastic violence without much reasoning to our inconscient.
